These terms are an agreement between you and Prima Arts Media LLC ("we", "us"), the company that owns and operates Clientfolk. By creating an account or usingClientfolk, you agree to them. If you use Clientfolk for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Clientfolk lets you organize clients, projects, tasks, documents, quotes and invoices, and share them with people you invite. The core service is free. We may add paid features in the future; we will tell you before anything you already use starts to cost money.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and in organizations you own.
- You must be at least 16 and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- If you sign in with Google, your use of your Google account is also subject to Google's terms. We receive only your basic profile, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Organizations and invited people
The owner and admins of an organization decide who is invited and what they can see. When you invite someone, including a client, they can see the clients, projects and files you share with them. Admins can remove members and their access at any time.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you add. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run Clientfolk for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you add, including personal data of your clients, and for whom you share it with.
5. Privacy
How we handle personal data, including data received from Google, is explained in ourPrivacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Clientfolk to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware or try to access data that was not shared with you;
- overload, probe or disrupt the service;
- send spam through invitations;
- resell or copy the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Quotes and invoices
Clientfolk helps you prepare quotes and invoices, but you are responsible for their content, tax treatment and the payments between you and your clients. We are not a party to those agreements.
8. Availability
We work to keep Clientfolk available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep copies of anything critical.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and we will give you a way to export your data first.
11. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Clientfolk after that, the new terms apply.
