This page explains which cookies and similar browser storage Clientfolk uses. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

1. The website

The public pages of Clientfolk do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits and clicks on the sign up button with PostHog, without cookies and without any identifier, so you are not followed from page to page or across sites.

2. The app

Strictly necessary

Sign-in session: keeps you signed in. Stored in your browser by Supabase Auth.
Preferences: your theme and accent colour, so the app looks the way you chose.

These are needed for the app to work and do not need consent.

Analytics (optional)

If you agree, PostHog stores an identifier to understand which features are used and records sessions with every text and input hidden. You can say no or change your mind at any time in Settings, Privacy, and the app works the same either way. Error reports are sent either way, without storing anything in your browser, so we can fix problems.

3. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary storage, you will not be able to stay signed in.
